We are currently seeking a new team member to join us as a Sales Engineer specializing in Thermal Management .

Role Overview

This position is centered on delivering extensive technical assistance in Thermal Management, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and the Sales team. You will support the Sales process by preparing proposals, quotes, and tenders, while also fostering strategic business relationships within the region. Furthermore, you will develop tailored Thermal Management solutions to address specific customer requirements when standard offerings are insufficient, ensuring that each solution is precisely aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strategic business relationships while engaging in projects, attending industry events, delivering training sessions, and proactively interacting with clients;
  • Analyze RFQs to ascertain customer specifications and requirements;
  • Offer pre-sales technical support regarding product specifications;
  • Select standard products based on customer needs;
  • Design innovative Thermal Management solutions when standard products are inadequate;
  • Assess feasibility and cost implications of proposed solutions/products;
  • Coordinate with internal departments and/or external suppliers for integration;
  • Request Engineering support related to thermal management products and clients;
  • Assist Sales in pre-sales technical support during proposal development, quotes, and tenders;
  • Serve as a technical resource during client meetings, establishing yourself as a point of reference for stakeholders;
  • Create and review application-based documentation (drawings, specifications, electrical layouts, presentations) to aid Sales in securing business;
  • Provide product and application training to the Sales team to enhance knowledge across the organization;
  • Support WT activities and factory visits as necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance Regulations in all activities related to the role;
  • Uphold the standards of the Company ITC certification program.

Qualifications for Success

  • Educational Background: Engineering degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated field expertise;
  • Over 6 years of professional experience in the Data Center sector or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of Data Center High Density trends, applications, and associated thermal management challenges;
  • Proficient knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier levels and relevant Thermal Management infrastructure design;
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and a customer-focused approach;
  • Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction;
  • Experience in quoting, proposing, and managing projects.
