Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for Thermal Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic business relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including proposal development and quote preparation.
  • Design and develop customized Thermal Management solutions to meet unique customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide product and application-based training to the Sales community.
  • Support sales activities, including attending technical meetings and providing sales support.

Requirements:

  • Engineering background or equivalent education with proven field experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience within the Data Center industry or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of Data Center High Density trends, applications, and related thermal management complexities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier levels and related Thermal Management infrastructure design.
  • Fluent English written and verbal required.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and customer/sales orientation.
  • High focus on customer needs.
  • Experience in quoting/proposing/managing projects.
