Customer Experience Representative
The Academy is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Centre, you will be responsible for managing phone calls and interviews with customers across various recontact campaigns.
About the Role
- Manage assigned contacts to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up
- Compile reports to provide quality service and schedule appointments with dealerships
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Communication, or similar
- Fluent level of Italian and English
- Excellent communication and MS Office skills
