About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Global Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Manager to join our team. In this critical position, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to provide actionable recommendations that drive business impact.
Your primary goal will be to comprehend customer behavior, preferences, and needs, serving as the cornerstone for developing impactful marketing strategies and enhancing overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large datasets to optimize business insights and inform strategic decisions
- Translate complex data into compelling recommendations for stakeholders
- Lead regular product, pricing, and revenue analyses, ensuring timely reporting and monitoring of KPIs
- Create ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and extract valuable insights from data
- Design and implement data flows using SQL language (Python skills a plus)
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics
- 6-8 years of relevant experience working with large datasets and building statistical models
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, macros, statistics formulas), Power BI, or other BI systems/data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and business acumen
- Fluent English language skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
