Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our On Trade business in the North West area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing commercial strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance in the assigned area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Wholesalers and on-trade customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
  • Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company commercial policies and industry regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the spirits industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Area Manager experience is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with direct and indirect customers
  • In-depth knowledge of the on-trade spirits market and customer base (Wholesalers and On trade customers)
