On Trade Business Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On Trade Business Area Manager to lead our sales efforts in the North West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in this critical market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance in the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Wholesalers and on-trade customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the spirits industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Area Manager experience is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role
