We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Accounts Director to lead strategic planning and execution for our key customer accounts in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving significant customer value and accelerating growth for Medtronic.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer value and growth, aligning with revenue goals and cross-business opportunities.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and cross-business opportunities.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects, including revenue projections, SG&A, and profit, to maximize our presence in Italy and beyond.
- Pricing and Tender Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies and manage tenders to ensure optimal customer value.
- Market Insights and Analysis: Gather local insights, track competition, and monitor market share to inform business decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and lead local operating mechanisms, ensuring alignment with Medtronic company-wide capabilities and priority customer needs.
- Master's degree in business science, medicine, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years relevant sales experience for a bachelor's degree or minimum 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Proven track record of developing talent and leading a team through change.
- Commercial acumen to develop long-term deals and drive customer value.
- Influential leadership and relationship management skills to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Italian required.
