Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and be able to identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and location revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and complementary sales efforts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings.
  • Develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and effective turnover to Event Management.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Or, 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
