About the Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Tuscany, Umbria, and Marche regions. You will work closely with our hotel teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the hotels' customer portfolio to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Tuscany, Umbria, and Marche regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Support the Event Departments in identifying and securing sales opportunities
  • Assure proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Support our properties in all sales activities and projects
  • Coordinate with the Head Office sales team and other hotels' sales teams

Language Requirements
  • Italian - fluently
  • English - fluently
  • Additional languages are a plus
