Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the EMEA South region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth plan for your assigned territory, selling our Nanomedicine solutions to life science customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the growth plan for your assigned territory, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Workflow Development Leaders, Field Application Scientists, and Service Sales Specialists to maintain and grow the territory.
- Successfully navigate and manage complex sales negotiations, engaging and managing a multi-step sales process for both capital instruments and consumables.
- Demonstrate command of scientific knowledge to engage in consultative sales processes, delivering technology and applications overview presentations to articulate the value proposition of our Nanomedicine solutions.
- Facilitate resolution of customer issues by demonstrating a strong broad base of knowledge in business processes, Nanomedicine solutions, and domain expertise.
- Provide regular accurate sales forecasts, sales pipeline management activities, and organize/maintain account and customer contact management in CRM system.
- A degree in a Life Sciences discipline is required, with a Ph.D. and strong nanomedicine knowledge or cell/molecular biology background being an asset.
- Considered experiences in a commercial role, preferably in the biotechnology industry, with demonstrated ability to work directly with customers at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated aptitude towards the selling process and a proven team player, with fluency in English and proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or German being a plus.
