About the Role

Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute a growth plan for their assigned territory, selling Nanomedicine instruments, consumables, and support services to life science segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, commercial experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a region and account-specific sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Field Application Scientists, and Service Sales Specialists
  • Engage in consultative sales processes, demonstrating command of scientific knowledge and articulating the Nanomedicine value proposition
  • Provide regular accurate sales forecasts, sales pipeline management activities, and maintain account and customer contact management in CRM system
Requirements
  • Degree in a Life Sciences discipline, with a Ph.D. and strong nanomedicine knowledge or cell/molecular biology background an asset
  • Considered experience in a commercial role, preferably in the biotechnology industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers at all levels within the organization
  • Fluent English, with Italian, Spanish, or German a plus
