Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of key clients, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in assigned geographic or vertical markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in building corporate business and sales, with experience in cybersecurity or relevant solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability for Named Clients Portfolio P/L (sales, revenues, profitability) and customer satisfaction in assigned markets.
  • Define and execute market growth strategies for assigned markets, targeting new Named Clients acquisitions while growing existing ones.
  • Create and Execute Account Plans for Named Clients to Penetrate, Build, and Scale Up new relationships.
  • Collaborate with VP Go To Market and transition existing ESET clients from partners to direct management by CS Division.
  • Work with Global CS Services Lead, Global CS Delivery Lead, and Global Market Offering Lead organizations to ensure customer value creation and happiness.
  • Improve ESET positioning through partnerships and reseller ecosystems.
  • Develop joint account plans with Global System Integrators for Named Clients and joint opportunities in assigned markets.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Track record in building corporate business & sales.
  • Cybersecurity or other relevant solutions & services experience.
  • Solid knowledge of product portfolio & services.
  • English Language – C1 level.
  • Able to communicate effectively within the organization to build support for CS Division targets.
  • Independent conduct of complex client and vendor discussions.
  • Negotiation skills for crisis resolution.
  • Market & client development and management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Team player & people developer.
  • Sharp decision-making and outcome-focused.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
