**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Account Partner to join our team, representing the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions for selected Pharma and Biotech companies. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level. Your primary goal will be to win new business, oversee renewals, and consistently offer innovative solutions.

  1. Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level.
  2. Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
  3. Serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them.
  4. Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate.
  5. Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges.
  6. Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer.
  7. Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services.
  • 3+ years of account management within the Life Science industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Enterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-level.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • A passion for solving customer business problems.
  • Must have a team-first mentality.
  • Business-level fluency in Italian and English.
