Role Overview

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist for Building Management Systems to join its Installation Sales team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of BMS solutions to industrial clients. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and marginality targets, identifying and engaging with new potential clients, and conducting outcome-based product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our BMS offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and marginality targets for BMS solutions in the industrial sector.
  • Identify and engage with new potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored BMS solutions.
  • Conduct outcome-based product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our BMS offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-selling opportunities and positive project delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Building Management System or industrial automation sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of BMS solutions and their applications in industrial environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
