About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barman/Barmaid to join our team at Splendido Mare, a luxurious hotel in the heart of the Italian Riviera. As a Barman/Barmaid, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations: Assist with service, setup, mise en place, and cleaning, adhering to Belmond's high standards and procedures.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the guests' experience, from the bar layout to the service delivery.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests, handling requests and enquiries with professionalism.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Experience: Previous professional experience in a luxury environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Passion for Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Certifications: HACCP certification.
