Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Commis de Bar for the upcoming season to enhance our Bar team. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for hospitality and a readiness to embrace challenges, ensuring that every guest enjoys an authentic and luxurious dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operational functions of the Bar, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Prepare the mise en place to ensure smooth service.
  • Support the Barman during service, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment.
  • Oversee all aspects of the customer experience, from the initial layout to service delivery, proactively addressing guest needs.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
  • Fluency in Italian and a basic understanding of English are required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, including internships, is advantageous.
  • A strong passion for service and a desire for professional growth are essential.
  • HACCP Certification is required.
