Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Commis de Rang for the upcoming season to enhance our restaurant team.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and is committed to personal growth. This individual will support the team in delivering authentic and luxurious dining experiences, showcasing qualities of care, curiosity, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operations within the Food & Beverage outlets, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and arrange dining areas, including floors, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware for service.
  • Assist the Chef de Rang in delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage mise en place effectively.
  • Oversee all aspects of the guest experience, from the restaurant setup to service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience and anticipating guest needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to the needs of guests and colleagues.
  • Adaptability to identify when alternative approaches are necessary and implement solutions.
  • Collaborative spirit, willing to share knowledge and actively seek feedback.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferred background in Tourism or Hospitality.
  • Passion for service and a desire for professional development.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, including internships.
  • References available upon request.
  • Fluency in Italian and basic English proficiency.
  • HACCP Certification is a plus.
