Culinary Excellence: Our commitment to culinary brilliance is evident in our dining venues, including La Terrazza, recognized as one of Italy's finest restaurants, and our newly introduced Pool Grill Restaurant.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Commis de Cuisine for the upcoming season (spring/summer 2024) to join our kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and committed to personal and professional growth. A collaborative spirit is essential, as you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences characterized by authenticity and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in meal preparation, including cooking and food preparation for each service.
  • Uphold safety, health, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in a similar role within a luxury setting, including internships.
  • Fundamental understanding of various cooking techniques, equipment, and raw material processing.
  • Culinary degree is required.
  • A genuine passion for service and a desire for professional advancement.

Additional Skills:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to the needs of guests and colleagues.
  • Adaptability to identify and implement new approaches as necessary.
  • Team collaboration, sharing knowledge and actively seeking feedback.
  • HACCP certification is preferred.
