Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Experience Agent for the upcoming season to enhance our Guest Experience team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional, luxury experiences to our esteemed guests, showcasing genuine care, confidence, and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Greet all arriving guests and provide assistance throughout their stay.
  • Address guest complaints and escalate issues to the Guest Experience Manager as necessary.
  • Craft personalized welcome and farewell messages for guests.
  • Compile lists of amenities and gifts for guests.
  • Oversee VIP room inspections and maintain effective communication with Housekeeping and Room Service.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest relations role within luxury hospitality.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is preferred.
  • Commitment to high service standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
