Job Summary

Villanova University seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Coordinator, College Technology and Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and management of information systems for the College of Professional Studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement standardized use of technology across the student lifecycle, including CRM, Banner, Softdocs, Argos, Data Transfer, Cognos, Microsoft Access, DegreeWorks, and E-Commerce systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and primary support for all processes related to the College's CRM and associated university systems.
  • Manage and maintain non-credit electronic records within SLATE and Banner.
  • Create and execute data audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with University IT to ensure accuracy of data flow from SLATE to Banner.
  • Manage payment gateway for CRM and the transfer of funds.
  • Collaborate with College leadership regarding the use of current system processes.
  • Provide support to non-credit CPS Partnership Program applications.
  • Train and support users on the effective use of various systems used in the enrollment process.
  • Record documentation for technological systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in information technology and systems, or in an Enrollment Management office with technology experience.
  • Strong analytical and technical mindset.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in Technolutions SLATE CRM administration.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting.
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours
  • Participates in events on occasional nights and weekends.
