Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional user experiences by responding to requests in a helpful and empathetic manner.
- Champion a user-centric approach to product development.
- Identify frequent issues and opportunities, and share feedback with relevant teams to improve our products.
- Represent Bending Spoons in addressing user reviews, collecting insights into feature appreciation.
- Prepare FAQs and improve customer care notes and document support.
- Reasoning ability: You can solve complex problems, think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply.
- Drive: You're extremely ambitious, with initiative, effort, and tenacity matching the intensity of your ambition.
