Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for advising sales colleagues and customers on matching customer needs with ABB's services and digital solutions. This position is part of the Process Automation Division, contributing to the Measurement & Analytics business area, specifically for service business.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with stakeholders. Manage all aspects of the bid, including technical, financial, product management, and risk reviews. Coordinate with the supply chain to identify suppliers for services and materials, based on customer needs and market trends. Contribute to building effective customer relationships throughout the sales process. Analyze and report on tender results, identifying areas for improvement to increase success.

Requirements
You must have at least 5 years of experience in preparing bids and tenders in service business. A background in service sales support with automation solutions is a plus. You are expected to be passionate about managing multiple deadlines, and have a solution-focused approach. Technical education and interest are also required. Communication skills in Italian and English are necessary. The job involves dynamic work between on-site and customer activities, with occasional travel in Italy (about 10% of the time).
