Sales Territory Manager

Our client is a leading toy and game manufacturer with a strong presence in the global market. They sell their products through a combination of online channels and their own retail stores.
The role of the Account Growth Specialist involves managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers, ensuring that each store owner receives regular, high-quality interactions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase product sales and improve business relationships with retailers.
- Conduct regular, in-depth calls with retailers to discuss sales performance, product offerings, and business development opportunities.
- Provide retailers with expert knowledge and support to help them grow their sales of our products.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales performance and business relationships.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Dutch, or Polish.
- Bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of 32,000.

Working Conditions:
- 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.
- 100% office-based role in our European Sales Office in Barcelona.
- Occasional travel to visit clients may be required.
