Position Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer II, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of instruments, ensuring optimal customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various instruments to guarantee safe and effective functionality.
- Provide timely telephone and on-site assistance to customers regarding instrument operation.
- Manage personal assets, including spare parts inventory, company vehicle, tools, and software applications.
- Coordinate work schedules with relevant stakeholders and produce detailed reports of activities.

Customer Engagement:
- Inform clients about additional products and services offered by our company.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field service or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong technical acumen and knowledge of instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
