We are an expanding franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a leading arch support store with 26 locations across the Midwest and South.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a vital member of our team, you will guide customers to discover relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of personal sales metrics and goals.
  • Engage customers through a consultative sales approach.
  • Process transactions and provide guidance on financing options.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis.
  • Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts.

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM.

Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM.

Sundays: 12 PM – 4 PM.
