**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fulfillment and Sales Development Intern. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing all external and internal communications, including orders, order entry, and order confirmation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage orders, orders entry, and order confirmation
  • Follow up on allocations and execution
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

**Requirements**

  • Good analytical attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under stress conditions and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • English mandatory, Business fluent + French preferred
