Il nostro cliente, un'azienda di prodotti cosmetici affermato a livello internazionale, cerca un Head of E-commerce per guidare la strategia digitale e garantire la crescita del fatturato attraverso l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti, l'aumento delle conversioni e del valore medio degli ordini (AOV).
Responsabilità- Sviluppare e gestire l'e-commerce proprietario e i marketplace collaborando strettamente con diversi team (IT, marketing, vendite, grafica) e agenzie esterne.
- Scrivere e modificare contenuti pubblicati su e-commerce e marketplace.
- Coordinare le iniziative per le campagne di paid advertising, inclusi budget, tracciamenti, produzione creativa, ottimizzazione delle landing page, ecc.
- Sviluppare modelli di attribuzione e ottimizzazione di tutte le campagne per aumentare l'efficienza degli investimenti pubblicitari.
- Sviluppare, implementare e gestire la strategia di acquisizione clienti, inclusi: pubblicità online, SEO, affiliation, stampa, direct marketing, etc.
- Gestire le performance complessive e garantire miglioramenti continui alle piattaforme.
- Gestire gli strumenti di CRM e marketing automation.
- Misurare e riportare le performance di tutte le campagne di marketing digitale e valutarle in base al ROI, ROAS e KPI.
- Identificare tendenze e insights e prendere decisioni di conseguenza.
- Condurre un'analisi regolare e approfondita delle tendenze e dei modelli dei nostri clienti e agire su questa analisi per informare la strategia a breve, medio e lungo termine.
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di canali e-commerce di prodotti di consumo;
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'ambito e-commerce e di strategie di marketing, CMS, sviluppo di prodotti, strategie competitive, ricerca sui consumatori, tendenze del settore e UX;
- Esperienza nella gestione e manutenzione di siti web/portali di e-commerce;
- Forte comprensione delle strategie di marketing online più attuali;
- Familiarità con il design web e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione;
- Capacità di collaborare con più team interni per creare strategie e piani per massimizzare le vendite;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Laurea in Marketing o campo correlato.
