Senior Manager, Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Development to join our Clinical Supply Chain division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-potential clients and developing strategic relationships with our commercial and clinical study teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of experts in contact with regional commercial teams to answer client requests and provide guidance on specific segment clients' needs.
- Work closely with the commercial team to build positive relationships and achieve overall customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, communicate, and analyze opportunities, wins, and losses, identifying and recommending solutions to address client loss scenarios.
- Champion sourcing solutions and strategies in collaboration with the comparator sourcing team, coordinating responses from the comparator client service team to customers.
- Foster clear communication of multi-sites/regions projects and among different business lines to build full value for our customers.
- Support sourcing or logistics for the execution of clients' projects as needed.
- Mentor and develop a team of customer-facing experts.
- Manage program managers' accountability on their accounts/segments to enable regional business growth.
- Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.
- Bachelor's degree in science fields or related fields with 10+ years of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
- Organizational skills.
- Proficiencies with MS Office/Adobe Products.
- Interpersonal skills surrounding client interactions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and exercise good judgment and appropriate discretion when reaching conclusions.
- Familiarity with the commercial supply chain of pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical R&D and clinical supplies is an advantage.
- High level of business sense in both administration and business strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the global comparator business.
