Responsabilità:

  • Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi industriali esistenti
  • Collaborare con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze specifiche e tradurle in soluzioni pratiche
  • Gestire progetti legati alla progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche
  • Condurre workshop per la raccolta delle esigenze utente e sessioni di formazione per il personale del cliente
  • Sviluppare e mantenere documentazione dettagliata dei processi e delle soluzioni implementate
  • Supportare la predisposizione di documentazione a risposta a Gare / RFP sull'ambito (sia dal punto di vista tecnico che di quotazione economica)
  • Favorire lo sviluppo delle competenze di risorse junior
  • Monitorare le tendenze del settore e aggiornare le competenze tecniche per garantire soluzioni all'avanguardia

Requisiti:

  • Laurea specialistica in ingegneria / discipline scientifiche (Ing. Gestionale e altre ingegnerie, Fisica, Matematica e Statistica)
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in aziende manufacturing strutturate o in primarie società di consulenza aziendale/direzionale
  • Ottime capacità analitiche e approccio proattivo alla risoluzione dei problemi
  • Conoscenza di processi di produzione industriale, preferenzialmente di area MES su piattaforma Dassault
  • Capacità di presidio del cliente e individuazione opportunità di business, tramite commitment, motivazione, partecipazione, entusiasmo
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità a trasferte anche continuative in Italia ed Estero
