Business Development Executive

The National Account Executive is a key role at UPS, responsible for driving revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing accounts within assigned territories.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate deals to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute plans to grow national account revenue through new business development and retention strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a track record of success in sales or business development. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
