Job Overview: A key role in our team at Resourcing Life Science, this position involves discovering and pursuing sales leads, conducting sales calls and visits within a designated region or industry, and setting up internal sales logistics. Key responsibilities include addressing customer complaints, monitoring rival activity, and creating sales targets, budgets, and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business prospects within a designated pool of prospective clients and accounts.
  • Engage in active networking to build connections and identify business prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to determine and rank potential target accounts for each prospecting cycle.
  • Implement a thorough engagement and account plan strategically, ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Monitor lead and opportunity status under the direction of sales management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in CRO, pharma, or biotech
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills

We offer an estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €110,000 (dependent on experience) for this exciting role based in Italy. This is a full-time position (FTE: 1.0).
