About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager Large Corporate. As a key member of our commercial network, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our business relationships with large corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with large corporate clients.
  • Manage the customer relationship from initial proposal to post-sales, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to activate contracts, manage POS installations, and provide customer care activities on both commercial and after-sales sides.
  • Stay up-to-date with Worldline's products and services, as well as commercial dynamics developed and disseminated by our network.
  • Work closely with the sales network to prepare common offers and support customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and gather information on prospective clients to develop commercial proposals.
  • Develop and execute plans to activate new POS, recover transactions on other acquirers' POS, and manage customer relationships.
  • Handle and route requests for assistance with technical, operational, administrative, and fraud issues.
  • Monitor the level of service provided to customers and collect market information for potential new clients.
  • Collaborate with other entities within the group to achieve business objectives.

  • Strong result orientation and ability to drive positive change.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with transversal teams and problem-solve.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
