Role Overview
Deliveroo's Enterprise Account Management team manages key restaurant partnerships, driving revenue growth and operational excellence. As a key member of this team, you will develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their success and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key restaurants, focusing on relationship building and revenue growth
- Analyze performance data, preparing and presenting review meetings with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular in-store visits, operational meetings, and reviews to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in account management or sales
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent people skills, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and related project management applications
- A self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Fluency in English and a valid driving license
