About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for Kubota Holdings Europe's industrial engines. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, customers, and Kubota's headquarters in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and Kubota's Japan office
  • Coordinate projects with Kubota's engineering team to ensure timely delivery of engines
  • Monitor market trends and analyze data to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and maintain travel schedules to visit customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or significant experience in industrial sales
  • At least 5 years' experience in selling industrial products
  • Professional level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to drive a car and travel by air
