Job Title: Business Development Manager AR/VR/MR

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations S.L.U. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT distribution and experience managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, industry activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance.
  • Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable conditions for the company.
  • Monitor contract compliance and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Track vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, category management, business development, sales, or a related role within the IT distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and the distribution market.
  • Full business proficiency in English.
