Position Overview:
To support the ongoing growth of our Sales division in Italy, we are seeking a
Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the sales process and provide customer service for both national and international clients in the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) sector. Independently manage customer inquiries, including proposal preparation and tracking of outstanding quotations until order confirmation. Accurately record and maintain comprehensive customer data within the CRM system. Assist in achieving organizational objectives and driving revenue growth. Actively promote CSA's range of services to existing clients in collaboration with the marketing team. Participate in client visits, trade shows, and client events as needed.Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, or a degree in marketing/sales or a related discipline. 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday is advantageous. Understanding of the testing and certification industry is a plus. Proficient in both Italian and English (written and spoken). Strong customer service skills, with a high level of service orientation and communication abilities. Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and results-driven work ethic.What We Offer:
