About the Role

Pall Corporation is a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification. We're seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive sales growth across our full product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth of new products and applications.
  • Expand our customer base through networking, lead follow-up, and conversion of opportunities, while cultivating long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain customer profiles, including sales potential, operating structure, sites, contacts, and other relevant information.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to strategically position Pall's solutions for maximum advantage and stay ahead of competitive activity at existing customers.
  • Drive growth through continuous improvement, leveraging the Danaher Business System tools, including maintaining databases and Sales Funnel Management in CRM.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or account management in a business-to-business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, food technology, or biology.
  • Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, with strong knowledge of Pall's product portfolio and applications.
  • Willingness to travel over 50% of the time, primarily domestic travel, conducting face-to-face selling with customers.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
