Regional Marketing Manager South EMEA - Job Summary

Location: Italy (preferred)

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our MCU portfolio in the South EMEA region. As a key member of our EMEA GSM Regional Marketing and Business Development organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase demand creation, revenue, and market share in the region.

This is a high-visibility role that requires collaboration across diverse functions, businesses, and European countries. You will work closely with our sales teams, distributors, and ecosystem partners to drive business development and technical marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Growth Strategy and Programs:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth with key customers and corporate distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support of account plans.
  • Work with sales leaders to drive local presence at key opportunities.
Manage New Product Introduction Activities:
  • Define, develop, and execute marketing programs to support new product introductions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure regionalization of collateral and demand creation efforts.
Drive Business Development:
  • Develop new customers for solutions.
  • Secure feedback with the business leadership team for new product definition.
  • Engage ecosystem partners and other key influencers to introduce control points.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer relationships and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to anticipate future trends and create competitive strategies.
  • Effective risk management and decision-making skills.
  • High learning agility and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable navigating a large, multi-cultural company.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of sales coverage, deployment, structure, and processes.
  • Ability to set priorities and provide measurable guidance.

Experience:

  • Business development and product management experience in the technology and semiconductor industry.
  • Clear understanding of the EMEA semiconductor distribution networks.
  • English language fluency is mandatory.
  • Driving sales with a 3rd party distribution network and design houses.
  • Electrical Engineering background and MBA a plus.
  • Good experience in system solutions and solid background with NXP's competition.
  • Experience with design flow, Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, ARM cores, are all an advantage.
