Job Overview

The Named Account Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specified region or major geographical area. This role involves developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets, cultivating new client relationships, and providing ongoing support to existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices, be flexible, goal-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Cultivate new client relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Provide ongoing support to customers
  • Conduct market research to determine pricing and terms of related products and services
  • Develop and maintain a high-profile presence in the market through long-term client relationships and partnerships
  • Leverage existing industry contacts and clients to promote products and services
  • Develop compelling collateral to support business development activities
  • Develop comprehensive proposals in response to client RFQs

Requirements
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a senior sales representative or a related occupation in B2B selling across Enterprise level
  • Preference for prior sales experience within the CPM/EPM/Financial Management Software or Analytics Industry
  • Experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on premises, or hybrid solutions
  • Exceptional oral and written comprehension, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience demonstrating, promoting, and selling products and services
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing and sales strategy and tactics
  • Knowledge of administration, business, and management principles
