About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Michael Kors. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational plans
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion
Requirements:
- Relevant retail experience with a fast-paced retailer
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
