As a Contract Management Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and driving contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies in accordance with Alstom's business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the application of Contract, Claims and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and Alstom governance, preparing contract summaries, analyzing contracts to build and drive implementation of Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plans, and monitoring works toward contract obligations.

You will also be responsible for establishing and implementing project-specific commercial procedures, monitoring and managing correspondence, developing and producing project-specific processes and ways of working for contract/claim management, and providing creative advice on specific issues, risks, and contractual/claims activities.

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will work closely with the Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Controllers, Project Engineering Managers, Sourcing Contract Managers, and Project Planning Managers to identify and mitigate risks, and to identify, maximize, and leverage claim opportunities.

**Key Accountabilities:**

* Ensure application of Contract, Claims and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and Alstom governance
* Prepare contract summaries
* Analyze contracts to build and drive implementation of Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plans
* Monitor works toward contract obligations
* Establish and implement project-specific commercial procedures
* Monitor and manage correspondence
* Develop and produce project-specific processes and ways of working for contract/claim management
* Provide creative advice on specific issues, risks, and contractual/claims activities

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in contract management or related field
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
