Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Contract Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with the Project Manager and core project team to develop, implement, and drive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the application of Alstom's Contract, Claims and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and governance.
  • Prepare and communicate a Contract Summary to the project team.
  • Analyze contracts to build and drive implementation of Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plans.
  • Elaborate and communicate the Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) to project team members.
  • Monitor project schedule and contractual milestones.
  • Issue timely contractual notices to customers/partners.
  • Establish and implement project-specific commercial procedures.
  • Manage correspondence with customers/partners.
  • Develop and produce project-specific processes for contract/claim management.
  • Monitor and record claims/counterclaims and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Provide creative advice on contractual/claims activities.
  • Report on contract management and claims activities.
  • Provide training on contract/claim management to key stakeholders.
