As a key member of the account team, you will lead opportunities, exploiting the full range of Vodafone services and solutions to achieve individual and team targets. Strong collaboration within the team, together with designers and project managers, will maximize team results, customer centricity, and deliver high-value consultancy approaches.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and develop existing and prospect customers, proposing the full range of Vodafone products and services, and customization if required, to reach personal targets.
* Provide customers with high-value consultancy approaches, propose the most suitable solutions, guarantee efficiency and quality to clients' processes, and achieve full customer satisfaction.
* Contribute actively to the further development of sales practices and efficiency for Vodafone products and services, through best practice sharing, suggesting new solutions and services, and monitoring customer satisfaction and market trends.
* Create and develop detailed sales plans.

Requirements

* Master of Science degree
* Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in international and highly complex organizations
* Mother tongue Italian, professional fluency in English
* Sales experience with solutions, IT, ICT, with a focus on Cloud & Hosting, Security, IoT, and a broad understanding of service propositions
* Specific vertical market knowledge in Retail, Transportation, GDO, and Logistics
* Experience in directly managing customers
* Strong commercial acumen
* Excellent relational and negotiation skills
* Ability to work through the entire sales chain
* Strong sense of proactivity
* Strong attitude to problem-solving
* Strong attitude to reaching targets
