About the Role

  • You will be the key point of contact and EMEA marketing expert for all entry and premium PC portfolio initiatives. You will work closely with internal cross-functional departments, external alliance partners, and agencies to drive strategic direction and end-to-end leadership of the PC portfolio (Yoga/IdeaPad).
  • You will drive EMEA strategic direction and end-to-end marketing campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking, working closely with the Media COE, 4P, PR, E-Commerce, and Marketing Ops teams. You will monitor EMEA brand health across Brand Tracker and Real-Time Brand Tracker metrics, analyzing insights and working with countries to turn insights into action plans.
  • You will work closely with Marketing Ops to manage EMEA budgets, ensuring effective planning and utilization of quarterly budgets, compliant usage of alliance funds, and timely POE submission resulting in 100% alliance claims. You will manage relationships with all external EMEA alliance partners and WW marketing teams, ensuring EMEA priorities are reflected in global strategies and localizing all content for EMEA countries.
  • You will lead regular interlocks with EMEA country marketing teams, ensuring execution is aligned with EMEA strategy and summarizing all key country activity to create an EMEA activity calendar. You will push back on activities that are not in line with strategic direction and work with countries to optimize activities and share best practices to maximize efficiencies and avoid duplication of efforts.
  • You will work closely with PR to manage EMEA seeding unit programs and localize, translate, and adapt WW content for EMEA requirements, including content adaptation for SATL campaigns with EMEA countries. You will ensure an integrated approach with close collaboration across the broader team (Services, Visuals, Accessory, etc.).
