About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Manager to join our team at Img Live. As a key member of our licensing team, you will be responsible for managing the licensing process for our clients, including brand and product management, licensing sales, and Licensor – Licensee relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement licensing strategies for established and new clients.
  • Create and maintain business development and reporting mechanisms to keep the team updated.
  • Ensure all stages of deal negotiation, contracting, contract, and financial management are entered/recorded within our licensing management systems.
  • Track product development from initial designs through to final samples, acting as a key liaison between Licensee and Licensor.
  • Ensure timely submission of all relevant marketing materials such as campaign plans and creative assets.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze royalty reports on an ongoing basis.
  • Create and update brand materials and presentations.
  • Build and maintain brand-specific critical path documents on behalf of Img Live clients to ensure they are kept updated with ongoing licensee developments.
  • Support business development initiatives with the goal to expand the network of licensees in line with the brands' positioning and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of results-orientated licensing development track record.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong and lucrative relationships.
  • Professional, personable, adaptable, creative, timely, hard-working, high level of integrity.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at different stages and communicate effectively at many levels.
  • Self-starting, mature time management and prioritisation capabilities.
  • Confident presentation skills at any level.
  • Financial (budget) management, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrable time management and organisation skills - when juggling tasks and managing priorities across a growing account base.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience of working with blue chip and lifestyle brands.
  • Experience of soliciting and negotiating licensing deals in non-kids properties.
  • Fully literate with all MS Office, Excel, PPT technologies.
  • Experience in dealing with licensing operating systems.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Degree level education.
  • Some legal background, qualification, or intricate knowledge of licensing contracts terms and conditions.
  • Creative software skills.
