Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Collegio Alla Querce is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our remote and on-site sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily needs for group sales managers and area director of sales
  • Prospect and qualify group leads
  • Manage Delphi bookings
  • Plan and prepare site inspections and VIP visits
  • Collaborate with events team to host planning sites
  • Assist with pop-up site visits as needed
  • Face-to-face interactions with guests and staff, and written communications with clients
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience as a sales/catering assistant, preferably with use of Delphi and Opera systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Italian language required
  • Ability to live & work in Italy without sponsorship
