YOUR ROLE

As a Culinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in the preparation, regeneration, and presentation of dishes within your designated kitchen area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of meals under the guidance of your supervisor, ensuring adherence to quality standards and recipes.
  • Keeping your workspace organized and maintaining the cleanliness of cold storage areas.
  • Verifying that all necessary equipment and ingredients are available for your tasks, managing resources efficiently to minimize waste.
  • Following safety protocols while handling kitchen equipment and maintaining hygiene standards throughout your work.
  • Reporting any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor promptly to ensure smooth operations.

CUSTOMER FOCUS

You will also be instrumental in enhancing the guest experience by:

  • Understanding and embodying the brand's philosophy and operational standards.
  • Anticipating guest needs and personalizing their dining experience.
  • Addressing any customer concerns and escalating them as necessary to ensure satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates who possess:

  • A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the local language and advanced English skills.
  • A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a high-standard hospitality environment.
