Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist Computed Tomography to promote and train on clinical utilization of Philips CT Solutions to Radiologists and other Clinical Users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers are properly trained to optimally use the Applications, improving clinical effectiveness and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Be the clinical referent for CT within the territory of competence, mainly South Italy.
- Support the sales process by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for installed base.
- Provide feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit.
- Support new products launches and provide required applications report on completion of all application visits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Health Tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Computed Tomography.
- 3/5 years of experience in clinical field.
- Willingness to travel is required (about 80-90% of the time).
- Fluent in English in addition to Italian as local language.
Location:
The role will have a national scope, preferably based in Milan/Naples.
