As a Remote Associate Inside Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can utilize your sales skills to provide quotes and sell policies across multiple insurance lines and carriers. You will also be responsible for providing outstanding client service and creating a positive relationship between the company and its prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use cutting-edge technology to provide quotes and sell policies across multiple insurance lines and carriers.
  • Provide outstanding client service and create a positive relationship between the company and its prospective clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support energy, morale, and production.
  • Meet key performance indicators, including sales, productivity, and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts (required in certain states).
  • Strong professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency with sales systems.
  • Passion, high level of initiative, autonomy, and self-motivation.
