Nexoya is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Italian market expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve our revenue targets.


Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the Italian market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment, with a strong understanding of the Italian market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to sales and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
